My complaint is against suzuki service. They have put 2 things in their service book that on how much kilometers service has to be done or after how many days after service has to be done.for example-on 1st service page on book it is written that service if your scooter is run 1000km or it has been 1 month of buying the scooty whichever comes first would be done.so if a person just forget about his service and after 2 month he thought he should get his scooty serviced then the company would not do his 1st service instead of 1st service they would made him to go for 3rd service and his 1st and 2nd service would be waste.according to me they should remove the'whichever comes first' scheme.my scooty just drove 1400 km in 9 months and i am going through my 6th service which is unnessary.

I wish to complain against Suzuki Gixxer Bike Vehicle No. UP 78 DR 4129 that I purchased on 18 November 2014 date and Kanpur My Suzuki Jarib Chowki with hard and cash.
I am complaining because Suzuki bike are not running properly we are facing lots of problem with engine gear and other problem. We are mention problem here: meter Trip are not working properly, Engine Oil flowing on engine, Engine Sound Problem, Clutch gear are totally crashed, Timing Chain Problem, Magnet Packing Problem and Disk brake Problem it’s the reason for dissatisfied. I am not satisfied with Suzuki Bike and My Suzuki. We are already complaint with Suzuki senior and my Suzuki Manager-Mr. Ramanka and Technical Person Wahid & Javed. I already complaint 2,3 time but my problem are not solve. I need to be new bike or return cash money i don’t want to open engine bike it’s new so I want to be new bike otherwise I will complaint again My Suzuki and Suzuki in high court. So please resolve this problem.

When I first learned of this problem, I contacted with Ramakant Manager of My Suzuki on date: 26 Dec-2014. Second Complaint Date : 23 Feb 2015, Third Complaint Date : 25-March-2015 and Four Complaint Date : 15 April-2015, 4 May-2015 at My Jarib Chowki, Kanpur UP. I was told them that nothing could be done about my problem. I believe that this response is unfair because the reason you feel the company has an obligation to you. I would like a written statement explaining your company's position and what you will do about my complaint.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from you within days I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. I am enclosing copies of my receipt.
