Dear Sir/ Madam,

My gas connection is in the name of my father Sri J.K. Bhattacharjee vide consumer no. SU01463A of ISHITA GAS AGENCY, Silchar, Cachar, Assam.. I want to state that cylinders are not distributed properly (you can check this, comparing our consumer no. with another consumer no. SU16855). Due to this reason we have missed at least 3 to 4 cylinders before September 12. Kindly inform me what action you are going to take against this and how you will compensate us. When I tried to book complaint through Indane co. website, I found that the form is not perfect. I have also sent mail to the concerned dostributor but received no response from them.
