I have bought one EPSON L200 Printer (Serial no : NFZKO048562) on 20.06.12 in Silchar, Assam. Within two months I had to send it for service. Again, after using 1day it had started showing some other problem. I rang to customer care of Epson on 11.09.12 vide complaint no. 202029. I was informed that within 24 working hours, servicing person will come in my place. But, today, i.e. , on 14.09.12 in the morning, I was informed from the local service center that I have to take it to their servicing center otherwise it will take more time.
It has warranty period and if the warranty period expires in Servicing Center what is the reason of buying this? How can they advertise so much? Will they extend my warranty period? If I don’t get the proper response, I will be bound to take some other action.
