Its almost being 1 week since am trying to follow up with this issue,
If Samsung is unveiling to co-operate i request Samsung to please put
it in writing and e-mail it to following Email Address:

Presently i own 3 Samsung LED TVs, Samsung Tablet, Samsung
Refrigeration among other products.
With this issue i feel i am being cheated by Samsung and with the
support that your service center is offering its hard to think
otherwise.

Samung complain no. ********25.
Samsung UA32D4000 LED TV not working due to power fluctuation.
As per my previous mailed complain, i found couple of articles which
says there are problems in Samsung TVs, where in Samsung has accepted
there mistake and is doing free repairs.

Further i have gathered the information that after D series model
Samsung has included some kind of power stabilizer build-in in E & F
series which make sense that Samsung is aware of the problem.
I demand Samsung to do free repairs or replace my 32 inch LED TV.
At present am not just disappointed with Samsung but am terrified by
the way how your service center is charging 5200 Rs and replacing the
power supplier board.
Present scenario:
Since i was unaware of this defects i ordered my replacement parts.
However as per my mailed complain, i received a call from your
customer support which ended up simply saying "Its a common problem
which occurs with power fluctuation". We were not at all satisfied
with the reply & so i asked customer care executive to pass on the
phone to someone who understand the situation better and can take
decisions. However i Haven't received any further calls.
