I HAD PURCHASED MY SAMSUNG LCD 40 INCH (DIAMOND) ABOUT 3 YEARS BACK, ON 2ND MAY 2012; I CALLED SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE WHEN THERE WAS NO PICTURE ON MY TV SET INSPITE OF SWITCHING ON THE TV.THE TECHNICIAN TOLD ME THAT ON OFF
SWITCH IS NOT WORKING AND HE WILL DISCONNECT THAT SWITCH FROM THE TV AND NOW ONWARD I CAN OPERATE BY REMOTE.
NOW JUST AFTER 2 MONTHS OF TIME THAT IS ON 2ND JULY 2012 THE SAME PROBLEM PERSISTED,THE SAME TECHNICIAN TOLD ME THAT WHOLE OF THE PANEL IS NOT WORKING AND IT WOULD COST ME 25 TO 30,000 SO RATHER I GO FOR NEW ONE THOUGH THE ONOFF SWITCH WOULD AUTOMATICALLY ON AND OFF.NOW IN MY LIFE HISTORY I HAVE NOT HEARD OF ANY TV PICTURE TUBE LOSS
IN 3 YEAR OF PURCHASE.I HAVE A STRONG FEELING THAT EITHER THERE WAS SOME MANUFACTURE DEFFECT OR THE TECHNICIAN
JOB WENT WRONG SOMEWHERE. I HOPE THE COMPANY WILL AGREE THAT 60,000 IS A VERY BIG AMOUNT FOR A GENERAL PUBLIC
AND WILL LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND WILL DO NEEDFUL.IN THE EVENT OF NO REPLY I WILL HAVE NO OPTION TO RAISE THIS
MATTER TO CONSUMER COURT.LOOKING FORWARD FOR A POSITIVE REPLY.
