This is to inform you that we had sent our system model I Mac 27 inches serial number W80343B3DB6 to Unicorn Info solution Private Ltd since we were having system hanging issue. Mr. Manish at Unicorn informed us that system needs to be formatted. He tried to take the back up of outlook which he fails to do so.

He informed us that outlook back up is not possible as there is some problem, we further instructed him not to do anything with the system and we are getting our system back as it as.

When we had gone to pick up the system he charged us Rs 2000 as service charges but no services being offered like formatting and back up.
