SIR , IHAD PURCHASED TV AND CONVERT THE MONEY INTO 6 INSTALMENT
ACCORDING TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARCARE THE EMI OPTION ARE AS FOLLOWED
RS 2700 (FEES + INSTALMENT)
RS 2300 *5 FOR FIVE MONTHS .
SIR AS I WAS OUT OF MUMBAI AND CHECK THE SBI STATEMENT THAT U SENT IN THE MONTH OF MAY ITS IS 9000/-
SIR WHY SHOULD I PAY THE INTEREST AND LATE FEES AS I TALK TO CUSTOMER CARE FOR EMI OPTION . AND ACCORDING TO ME NO INTEREST CHARGES WERE TOLD TO ME KINDLY VERIFY AND REVERT BACK THE AMOUNT THE MISTAKE IS FROM YOUR END . KINDLY RECTIFY .
SIR , I WROTE EMAIL TO THE SBI HEAD BUT ANSWER IN THE EMAIL FROM THE CUSTOMER CARE THAT MONEY HAS NOT CHANGED TO THE EMIOPTION AND U HAD TO PAY THE INTEREST AND THE LATE FEE CHARGE .
SIR, IT IS THE CASE OF CHEATING SIR KINDLY RECTIFY THE PROBLEM AGAIN THE DUE DATE IS COMING 24/05/09 AGAIN THEY CHARGE LATE FEE AND INTEREST CHARGES .
