With due regard my name is Jitender Kumar Sharma and my SBI A/c No. 300******** I inform you that I have done a transaction in UCO Bank ATM Nehru Place Branch and ATM ID is NA087301 (TXN No. 5617) dated 02-04-2009 and time 13.11 P.M. Rs. 2000/- cash withdrawal but the ATM was not in process.

I tried later with the same ATM (TXN No. 5618) time 13.12 P.M. for the balance enquiry, my A/c shown me 2000/- cash withdrawal but I did not withdrew money because the later transaction was cancelled. Then I visited the UCO Bank Nehru Place branch adjacent with ATM and told them my problem, but bank staff replied me we can’t help you in this matter, you should please consult with your SBI branch. I have written two applications to state bank of India branch DMS Shadi Pur, New cDelhi on 04-04-09, 08-05-09, but I have no any response from them. So I request you take any action on them. And end resolve the complaint as early as possible.
