I PURCHASED A SALORA PHONE IN 8 july 2013. when phone receive i got phone is NOT WORKING. I TRIED TO SEARCH SERVICE CENTRE BUT COULD NOT FIND ANY WHERE. then i call to custome care no. of online saller. he told me to contact bhopal cervice center then I GAVE MY MOBILE FOR REPAIR. after 3 month they give me mobile but its battry and back cover not given. the owne of service center told me he give me battery and back cover in 7 days. and also when i check the mobile its not working yet then i am again submit my mobile in service center BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MOBILE. I REQUESTED MANY TIMES. ALLMOST 11 MONTHS HAS BEEN OVER AND I HAVE NOT USED IT FOR a week. A REPUTED SALORA CO. GIVE THIS TYPE OF POOR QUALITY PRODUCT IN MARKET. KINDLY REFUND MY MONEY OR GIVE A NEW SET. EVEN when i contact the cervice center they give me a number and told me to call this number when i call that number 0********38 a person talk to me mr. khalid. he told me for replace by another set but till date not replacing that phone. plz replace that mobile or refund my mony.
