DEAR SIR.
I PURCHASED A SALORA PHONE IN APRIL 2010. WITHIN A MONTH PHONE STARTED NOT WORKING. I TRIED TO SEARCH SERVICE CENTRE BUT COULD NOT FIND ANY WHERE. I KEPT IT IN MY CAR DASHBOARD. ONE DAY ON 15TH sEPT. FOUND A SHOP WHERE I GOT ONE SAME MOBILE FOR SALE IN bALLABGARH SHOP I ASKED HIM TO GET ME SERVIUCE CNTRE NO. tHEN I WENT TO sPICE SERVICE CENTRE IN fARIDABAD nEHRU GROUND. I GAVE MY MOBILE FOR REPAIR ON 17TH SEPT. BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MOBILE .I REQUESTED MANY TIMES. ALLMOST 7 MONTHS HAS BEEN OVER AND I HAVE NOT USED IT FOR A MONTH. A REPUTED SALORA CO. GIVE THIS TYPE OF POOR QUALITY PRODUCT IN MARKET. KINDLY REFUND MY MONEY OR GIVE A NEW SET. EVEN I HAVE LOST MY ALL THE DATA.
