A message that you have been successfully subscribed to Beauty service at Rs. 30.00 for 30 days flashed at my prepaid mobile 0********81on 1.8.12 at 01:45PM. Another message also flshed at the same time stating that you have been successfully unscribed from Beauty service showing tinme 1.8.12 at 02.04PM. Not understood how different time shown in yr system when both message received by me at same time i.e. at 01:45PM. Who flashed these messages when no such message is in my outbox. Who is responsible for deducting Rs. 30 from my balance. Please enquire into, refund Rs. 30/- to my account and take suitable steps to stop this malpractice.
