I booked the complaint with u on telephonically on dated 06.07.2012. the complaint is 1-125636668 but you did not solve my problem of i20 (HR02Y-1020) with Khanna Car Plaza at Yamuna Nagar till now. So now the only way is left with me to go consumer forum. but i would like to request you again to do the necessary action as early as possible, other wise i will have to go to the consumer forum.

My Detailed Complaint about my car i20 is that i have got services from Khanna car Plaza ynr as per given schedule. in the last days of march 2012 the AC of car started to give problem which stopped working after driving few Kms. i went to check it from the agency the mechanic checked & told me that it is OK but after few days the complaints started again on 3rd april i went to agency for 3rd due service, & asked to check the AC also. on 4th april i taken my car after giving OK by works incharge. but after driving i noticed the problem remained same. I visited the workshop on 10.4.12 again the mechanic checked the AC & said it is OK, but the problem remained same. on 28th april again i visited the workshop to check the mechanic told me that its radiator leaked so the car get overheated. i was told to change it, so i got changed it by paying Rs 6885/-. the works incharge told me now the car is OK & if again this problem arise than to stop the car for few time & after temp. meter shows normal drive the car to workshop. on 4th July 2012 i visited ambala while returning near saha the temp. meter shows above 90 degree. so i stopped the vehicle on road side for 1-1/2 hr. I started the car the temp meter shows normal so i drove to yamuna nagar & 5th july i visited the workshop & tole the problem to the works incharge. the mechanic told me that he will check it by opening the engine after sometime. he told me telephonically to come at agency when i went the workshop on 6th july he informed that the Head, piston ring, Head Gaskit to be changed. i was astonished to know that after driving only 25000 Kms the Head is to be Changed. i would like to request to you to look into the matter & solve my problem as early as possible. the reply given telephonically by your Chd Office is hurting me if you did not solve my problem the only way is left with me is to go consumer forum.
