My name is Rehana, living in Guntur. I received call from ‘Roozgaar’ phone number told me we are calling from Roozgaar your resume is short listed you have to register with us to getting job assistance, then I asked him to give some time to clarify myself whether proceed or not, he hurried me no there is no more time with us to giving time to you because your resume is short listed with us so that we are calling you if you taking time for making payment there is no more offer avail to you to getting job like this manner he forced me to make payment. He did not tell to me proper details regarding how much total amount payable for the services before committed to payment. First he told me to click on buy now for Resume explode service for that they charged Rs.1685.40/-(Order Id:R147548C9) 1600 on 16th of December 2013 rupees for above service but executive deducted extra money (Id:R147602C9) 2517rs from my ac. Later I raliased that total 1685.40 + 2486( (total 4171) deducted from my account.
Before made above payments at each time I asked him why did not tell me about all these payments before committed to payment then replied he will refund but i need to do a process he called me from a number (********46 on 24th December 2013) n told to maintain 5000rs in your account n again called me on 26th Dec from number (011204956500) n ask me to login n go to my roozgaar n pay now n enter card number n security code but at that time my ac is nill i ask him to call back on 27th Dec 2013 n he called from (rohit ********96) ask me to do the same process login my roozgaar.com my order pay now n enter card number n security number n pin number again i did the same to get refund my money but my money deducted as(Order ID:R156468C9) 4718rs from my ac rather than crediting my money
if im calling any of executive they are not listening to me n they r miss behaving with me i have sum proof of recordings which i can submit
I tried to called the above number and finally after 1 days the call was connected to custumer care and spoken to one of thier colleague and really I am very unhappy the way which she spoken to me. sHe speaking in very roud manner and even not bothered to listed the details, if I ask any detail, she saying I will disconnect the call and what ever you want you can do and we will not responsible.
I humbly requesting you to please help me to getting back my money of Rs.8889.00- rupees from roozgaar please do favor for me.
