i have purchased a hitachi ac from reliance digitals at avani riversidemall on 28/05/16 the ac is defective piece and had problems on the day the technician installed the ac at my place. the ac model number is HITACHI RAU418HUD. This model is only available at reliance digital stores and cannot be purchased from anywhere else. i complained to the store and there response is worst. they have been continously saying tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow everyday. and also refused to replace the item. they said they will repair it. why would i buy a brand new ac and get it repaired ? this is fraud . i want a new replaced ac or else my money to be refunded. WORST STORE RELIANCE DIGITALS WITH WORST MANAGEMENT NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL !
