I have purchased one LED tv and washing machine with a DD provide by Bank Of Baroda. The store manager said that if will delivered after clearing the DD within 4 or 5 days. I just got an information from the bank that the amount have been debited. Which means it have received in the other end.
I have called the store manager, still he is saying it is not updated in their system. Why a customer need to bother all these unnecessary process of your company. As per the Negotiable Instruments act DD is equivalent to CASH. This is really disappointing.
See what happens after delivery,
I got it delivered on 9th march. But the Micromax Television was damaged. The technician have confirmed the damage. It was really disappointing, i know it was sealed from the respective brand. But this is too bad to waiting this much for using a product which i have already paid. So sad to say this is happening only because i have purchase the product from reliance. I am really worried. Dn't know when will i get it delivered.
So far i did not got any response from Reliance.
The reliance digital store kochi oberon mall is not promised me to deliler the new TV by today, but now they are telling like it is not posiible.
This is really worried. I have paid 15 days back and still i did not received my product. Also have delivered a damaged one and it is not replaced.
This is too bad and I am planning to move legal.
Really disappointing service from reliance.
