My user id is 321521589611 and my contact number is ********99. my problem started on Aug 29 due to server issue , No matter how many times i raised complaint they just close it without informing and confirming from me whether the issue is resolved or not. When I call customer care people they keep repeating the same like problem has been solved, when i say its is not working they create a new complaint and fake promises were made that they will look into this matter. but no one will work on the defect and they never mind to call and update me on the current status , rather i need to call them and wait on the call for a long time to hear the same reason that the issue will be fixed in next 24 hours. i really got fed up and decided to end this up. so called up customer service to cancel my service and got the confirmation number for the same. After few days i got a call from Surendhar(Local Eng) to know the reason what made me to go for the Termination , i explained my problem and also told him that I’m getting bills even without using my internet( Also i told him that I still paid my September month bill even thought I dint use my internet), he wants to rework my termination request so that he will look in to this issue and will provide a permanent fix and will stop the monthly bill until the issue is fix, also he gave direct number to reach him(04430352994). so as he requested i revoked my termination and was waiting for the update from him. Thought he was answering my call initially, later he dint answer my call when he came to know that the issue cannot be fixed which really made me think that a big company like Reliance have a worst employee and not able to keep up there promises. At last i spoke with Ramachandran (********28) and explained him about the issue I’m was facing , he checked and confirmed that the issue cannot be fixed as the server was taken away , which is not my problem kindly look out for a suitable place for the server and provide service.

I keep getting my monthly statement , I want someone who really care about your customer to look in to this and provide me a fix , either replace the Server to some other location and provide service or stop my monthly statement.

I have all the complaint number which I made from Aug 29 to till date.

Couple of complaint number for your reference. Please have someone to reach me and solve this out.
