Dear sir, i am very much ***** with your services, today morning i.e. 20 sept 2013, i recharged my reliance prepaid account by 120 rs n by night i am having only 36 rs.
This has happened fr the secnd tym. I am not even informed of where the money is deducting, please refund my 83 rs bak in my account balance.

I am thinking of changing my sim due to such inconvenience.
