Reliance communications limited - Reliance 3G Net connection - no internet service started yet after 1 month

We have purchased Reliance 3G net connection from Mr Anis before 1 month on the name of Anant IT Solutions Pvt Ltd. Their person came for verification and after our contact, they told that the verification has failed and we have to purchase another connection. There was nothing wrong in verification & we already had provided all required documents to them, the silly reason they gave us for failed verification is the compplex where our office is, has more than one offices working there. Still to avoid inconvenience to us we requested Mr Anis to get us new connection and he took another set of documents & all from us to shift old connection to new one. Now after about 3 weeks from all this, we still have not got any net connection from them & not getting any proper response from Mr Anis & his so called senior Mr Shailesh. They only continue to postpone the processing of connection till next week.
We got Mr Anis phone number ********23 over internet while searching for contact to get reliance connection, later on he talked with us from phone number 0********3. But now we are afraid whether all this is a fraud and we have lost our money and got all this left only with us.

Can anyone help us to get the matter resolved please?
