Hi,

Its been only 6 months, I purchased an Apple iPhone 5 (Black Colour). Once I opened the box, I noticed scratches and scuffs on side mouldings/panel but somehow I managed all and accepted the device. In a months time, I started getting issues with power button and the device got replaced.

Thankfully, this time there were no scratches on it but with in a week's time I noticed that side mouldings were again having scratches or it was like that its loosing color and again in a month's time I started facing one more issue about touch, this time again after several tries it got replaced and I got a new device.

But still the issue of scratches is unsolved, its been a week only and again side mouldings having scratches. It seems that the quality of the Black iPhone 5 is really poor. One of my friend purchased a white iphone with me around 6 months and surprisingly there is no issue of scratches like what I have.

I am all set to file complaint against this poor quality product in consumer court as this is really disappointing for customers like me, who pays huge amount just to get a quality product but still if we get poor quality product then its really cheating with us.
