I have been using various branded cellphones since last 10 years, but i am sorry to say that i had worst ever experience with Apple Iphone. I am having IPhone 5s 16 GB which i purchased few months back, and it unexpectedly stopped working and it struck in itunes. I went to authorized apple service center to service my mobile phone and they said its OS / Hardware issue (they are not sure about it) it gives the error 1024.
Yesterday I got mail from the service team stating that I have to make the payment of Rs. 24000 ( approx.) to repair the device. I spoke with the one of the customer care agent and asked regarding the status but simply he said he will arrange the call back by 1.00 Pm today but till now I dint receive any callback from any senior technician. How its possible since it is under the manufacture warranty they are simply saying that phone has liquid damage. Im sure nothing happen to my phone why ample technologies giving false commitment for making money. Im sure there is no possible for liquid damage. Why you treating the customers in such way for making money. The mobile phone turns on and I could see itunes logo. If such things happen in cheap mobiles one can understand but in company like apple its a shameful thing.

Apple charges huge amount because of quality and reliability but after today's incident i have lost all faith in apple quality and standards. No other mobile of any such company has ever behaved like this and its all because of APPLE today i have to suffer !!
A customer who has spent 25000 rupees on your product goes out begging to ask for help and you did not even give me e-mail ID of senior officials so that i can escalate my issue which i am facing.
I feel i am robbed of my hard earned money and despite i have the proof that i gave them the phone in working condition and i have proof of call recording too.
I have very high hopes from an organization like you that you provide good services to your customers and i am looking forward to hearing from you.
