I'm an apple customer, using your product "iPhone 5s space grey". It was purchased on 19-07-2016 through flipkart online shopping service. IMEI -355********9269 (VQ02288);PL:f15723469;S:S1********[1].
2 weeks back i had trouble with my phone, the phone started getting hanged very often, So i went to the nearest apple service centre to my office site, (1D, SRISHTI APARTMENT, 1ST FLOOR,12, HO CHI MINH SARANI, KOLKATA-700071) they denied the free service of repair within the warranty period, saying its my fault. Later i had visited the apple service centre near home(14/1, hazra road,police station,bhawanipore, kolkata-700026. even they denied to check and repair saying its some liquid crack.
I consulted the apple call service, even they denied for the repairment and replacement of the hand set even though it being within the warranty period and verbally saying that the replacement of the LCD will cost an amount of 13000 rupees.
i consulted my lawyer and he requested me to send you a short period of 15 days for looking into my problem, else we prefer to go through consumer court process.
