i have booked tickets for 5 pax from rajamundry to chennai on 15-11-12 and for some reasons i have to travel on 14-11-12, and enquired make my trip to prepone but as it costs too much to prepone than to cancel and book fresh in spice jet i had requested the tele operator of make my trip to cancel the booking with id MakeMyTrip Booking ID - NF2523********4 on 10-11-12.As no email confirmation had not been received i called on 15-11-12 and the tele operator confirmed the conversation between us on 10-11-12 for cancelling the ticket and refund amount of 8400/- INR, and they have complaint system online and i have complained in that too and i have elevated to the top management level and the complaint id is 121120-021474. till today none have called or no email has been received by me from them which is totally disapponting
