I have below three Retail emi account, on 26 march 2017 i received a message to convert all my retail emi account into personal account.
My retial emi accounts are
402REM******** AMOUNT 1908/-

402REM******** Amount 1563/-

402REM******** Amount 2725/-

all above accounts got closed on experia portal and new persol account has been opened.
402REP******** of amount 8918/- with month emi of 1183 for 8 months

if you are converting the remaining retail emi to personal loan then there should not be a deduction.
But Bajaj finserv has open the new personal account and deducted the amount as per the earlier retail account.

Bajaj finserv as per the terms and condition should not deduct the amount from closed accounts.
Bajaj finserv has violated the terms and condition.
Bajaj finserv should refund the amount which is 3471/-
