Have taken an OD loan No - 405SAF33982659 through some DSA and was forced to take insurance at 1%.

I wasnt aware that this is optional. However when I received an sms with the option to cancel it within 15 days I was shocked.

I am trying to contact the DSA guys and caling Imtiyaz Shaikh from your team. however I am being ignored.
Imtayaz's no is ********74 and his mail id is imtiyaz.shaikh@bizsupportad.com

I want to cacel this insurance, however Imtiyaz is asking me to cancel the loan itself. DSA guys are asking me to do whatever I can. The executive from DSA is Trupti and the guy who collected docs is Mahendra Pasi

Please help. I am thinking of legal action as these guys have cheated me
