This is to inform you - Garudalaya Transport, that your driver refuses to stop a the bus should a traveller want to relieve themselves. I'm emailing you this from the bus. Also, the blanket that was on my berth smelt of rotten legs, yes, rotten legs, if there was a way to tell how rotten smelly legs smell, you can smell that blanket & come to your own conclusion.

Also, the driver avoids taking the National Highway because I'm sure he pockets the money given to him by the Transport Company for the tolls. They're cheap, uncouth & outright disgusting staff.
How on Earth your driver thinks that I'm faking a call of nature to relieve myself, is beyond my belief.
Redbus- feedback for you. Remove these guys from your system. You shouldn't be promoting guys like this.
I've emailed contact@universalregistrars.com as they have an ISO 9001:2008 certificate hanging in their Office located at Shop # 1056, Sathi Road, RR Hotel, Gandhipuram Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu , Pin: 641012. Either Universal Registrar's is a fake ISO Certification company or they're one of the ISO affiliates who just hand out certificate in exchange for a good sum of money to overlook audits. I've written to them but haven't heard back.
Universal Registrars- in their offices in Coimbatore, they've claimed that they've gotten an ISO 9001:2008 CERTIFICATION from your agency. I thought ISO had standards to keep customers Happy!! Feedback to you to!
