My Ticket got cancelled and it was booked in some other travels and it reached coimbatore morning at 8.15a.m,with my loss of pay for the day in my MNC Office.(i was charged additional Rs.90 for travelling with other travels)
Considering it a bad luck, i thought not to book any more tickets with Cheap-rated and third-rated travels (Garudalaya).
Today morning i got a call from +********9000 from Garudalaya and that guy spoke in a worst/bad way that no-one could tolerate. They asked why i have rated poor in my feedback form given online by red-bus. I told about my situation, and that guy was hot to the core and SCOLDED ME IN VULGAR LANGUAGE. Worst cheapest service and customer support. Chaai Thuu..
Now, i want to take action against that Garudalaya travels for customers dissatisfaction and using vulger words.May i know, to whom i should contact further.
Please DO NOT TRAVEL IN GARUDALAYA TRAVELS FOR GODSAKE
