Thanks for your reply which is not convincing. Incase of PNR no 4546127633 booked for Sri Ramanathan and Smt. Punitha under Tatkal from Chennai Egmore to Salem by 3 AC there was no necessity for me to file a TDR for Sri. Ramanathan since tkt was not confirmed at the time of travel. Etickets unconfirmed will get cancelled automatically and will be refunded which did not take place and hence a TDR was filed by me. In the second case with PNR Number:* ********81 - *Ticket Type:* eticket - *Transaction ID:* 0342150682 *Booked On:* 17-5-2011 it is more than90 days and the refund has not been made. The reply that you gave me has been one of formality and not by going through records. Please expedite the matter.

I am passenger of train PURI SNSI SF EXP (20857)PNR: ********20.
After filde TDR on date 17 Jun 2023 ,TDR is repudiated on 22 Jun 2023 due to reason TDR not filed at actual departure time. Respected l don't know which timings to file TDR on system train departure time but train is late more than three hours and passenger not travel (actualy it late by 14 hr 35 minutes.)
As per railway refund rules in case of train late if the ticket is cancelled or surrendered or if the request for refund of fare is filed online after the actual departure of train then No refund of fare shall be admissible.
I am followed above rule and that's why,filed TDR before actual departure of train.
Please grant my request and refund as early as possible .

IRCTC rules says It takes minimum 90 days for TDR refunds. IRCTC makes these refunds to us only after they get it from the Indian Railways,which may be subject to delays. In case of refund delays, you may check the status with IRCTC direct at 'tdrprocess@irctc.co.in'
3) we are already file TDR , We were asked for refund after 90 days but time is above 90 days no refund was issued so please refund amount as soon as possible.

I am siddhartha, there were 3 tickets I have booked on 7 SEP 2017 from Solapur to Secunderabad via Konark express (11019)DOJ - 8 SEP 2017. The PNR no is -********69.
We have been waiting their for train more than 7 hrs... unfortunately train had not arrived, then I filed TDR... against which I haven't got any refund yet.
So it's my humble request to IRCTC to reopen my case,and complete the refund process.

At the time of filing TDR i had also called on 139 to check the current status of the train and it was running late by more than 3 hours and also i followed the process as told by the customer care department of irctc.
