when m,y parents reached they were surprised to know that chennai people were not aware about the booking & they have refuse to take them in.
they have not realise / bother to call there headoffice to reconfirm the status of booking , then my parents went to the nearest hotel.
as a new senior citizen in chennai and the kind of problem they have faced in the new city is unavoidable.
