I have booked a Kashmir package for my family from delhi-srinagar-delhi by car. at the time of booking tour package at Hyderabad the lady told that it is a delux and 3 star package. But on arrival at Delhi the driver o0f the southern travels named as SUMITH has not shown the local Delhi tour and also at southern hotel they have not arranged a room for refreshing as per their itenary.The driver started at 6 PM from delhi to katra and reached katra by next morning 11 AM. due to delay in the morning we have not darshened the vaishnavi devi mata, next day we started early and reached srinagar at 10 PM. he is the slow driver and dont know the site seeing places at all. He just stops the vehicle and gives a time to come back and we have to go our own way and find out for site seeing places. He not cared about the tourists enjoyment and atleasst not felt any thing to show sites.

The room arranged at srinagar is not worthy as per the delux package, they dont even have a hot water and room service boys.

Due to delay driving on highways we have not seen delhi local tour.
Due to slow driving to Jammu road we have not seen Vaishnai devi darshan.
Due to Worst driving we reached Srinagar at 10 PM.
Due to4 hours driving to Gulmarg from Srinagar we have not get the cable car tickets, and also we have unnecessarily paid 1000 to horse riders up to gondola point from parking area.
Due to lack of knowledge of the driver our tour become tension tour and not a leisure, the driver just dropping at the parking area asking us to go and find out what are the places to see.
Due to late driving at pahalgam we have not gone for local site seeing, and the driver he himself telling to the horse rider people that we don’t have much time we have only 1 hour, which is not at all impossible, then why he went to pahalgam we don’t know. In thew return to delhi also he has not shown the KURUKSHETRA PLACE.


I am surprised how the persons MOTILAL AND SEEMA designed the tour, they dont even make a single call to us even we gave many complaints to them in the tour itself. They have collected money in advance and they dont care the service to the customer.
