I purchased Karbonn K-10 model mobile from Maru Gallery,Vashi Navi Mumbai on 14/05/2010 under 1 year warranty cover vide cash memo no.251. after using for only one & half month it started creating problem. I informed the dealer who placed the mobile to service centre. After persuing a lot I got mobile back after one month.When I started at home it was not working. I again placed to service centre for proper repairing. But after keeping 2 months set was returned without removing defect. Iwas informed in between that they are not able to remove the problem so they are replacing set. but they neither repaired nor replaced the set. When we complain to dealer he refers to service centre.We don't know how to deal with Service centre/Dealer. Dealer remains very busy. He prefers to give time to his new customers. Service centre persons are ery callous. this will spoil the name of your very reputed concern. If they are not able to repair it please get it replaced or refund the money.
