The Samsung galaxy mobile was purchased from Ranger collection invoice no 29745 dated 25/08/10 with imei no 351********8250 & had a black patch in the display from inside which i realized after two days. I was asked to visit the U tech services shop no 3, 43 b prem kunj nr vijay sales at sion circle Mumbai 400022. They said it is display mistake and needs replacement but did not have it in stock. After repeated follow ups was told that shall call me..or the other option he gives saying to visit other service stations in MUMBAI. I asked him to suggest us the best one but he did not.
after 5 months i am still waiting for the display to be changed. I have been cheated for selling a defected piece worth 28000/- & also not getting it corrected till date. After 7 days i need to lodge an official complaint or uproach a consumer forum to solve it.
Kidly request you to get this sorted at the earliest...
