We had ordered a easy mop and a home power laundry hanger from Star Cj through online shopping. The payment was made through my credit card. We have received easy mop but laundry hanger has not been delivered yet. But to a great surprise nobody in STAR CJ is bothered to take this issue seriously in spite of several calls and mail to the customer care. We have been forced to chase the call centre from post to pillar as they never provided their address and when we contacted them on helpline number but every time the response was that someone will get in touch. We do have received calls stating that the product will be delivered soon but nothing happened. Since our patience ran out after 5 months of waiting we finally decided to lodge a complaint against the fraud company STAR CJ. Since the grievance is turning into harassment we would be grateful for not only delivery to be made by them but also would like this fraudulent company to be taken into task. I am holding all the document related to order and delivery in hard copy.

I haven't seen any action on this complaint post complaint date of Jan 2nd.Since I have taken the initiative to register complaint would like to update that finally I have received the product day before yesterday. Whomsoever has made the effort I would like to thank em. But guys (i complaint) need to be proactive as an individual whenever register a complaint it is not only a mere complaint it is a TRUST which everyone should maintain.
