Dear sir/madam,
I would like to bring to your notice about an open fraud company STAR CJ ALIVE.
I had ordered a sony ericcsson mobile online, by paying through internet banking,of Rs.4999/-
I have placed order on 14th August'2011.My order number is
2011-08-14-017834.
They promised to deliver it within 5-10 days,but even after 25 days they are not responding.
We have called them almost everyday, but they simply ignore by telling that they will contact within 48 hours, but they don't respond.
This has virtually led to harrasment where they have taken full money, and once they got money, they know that now its customer headache to follow them.This is a clear case of cheating.
Please help me in getting back my money plus penalty for this mental harrassment, so that they could get lesson, and does not repeat this to other innocent customer.

Exactly same happening with me. I myself ashok living at 366, First Floor, Phase-4, Mohali, Pin Code 160059. I ordered a Canon Printer MP287 Mah on Aug 28 through online payment. But did not received order yet.
I spent the so much money on calling the customer care as well but nobody called me back regarding my complain.

Dear I dont think any sensible or educated person in this organization is available. I given a order of easy Mop "ORDER No. 2011-08-25-023767" but after one month not the product is delivered yet nor the your foolish customer care and system know how to solve the problem. Whenever i call (made more than 20 calls) the customer care girl always says they will arrange a call back in one and half hour but not even from your team of fools called me. I need my 100% money back. So do the needful as early as possible nor i have to file a complaint with Consumer forum. --Aditya Mathur
