IMEI Number: 35********14147 The product has a defect of overheating. I went to the service centre twice and both times tried the resolution they provided. But it did not help. After the warranty period the phone has stopped working. Upon detecting the defect they said internal damage has happened due to overheat for which I need to pay the cost. I tried contacting them several times but it resulted only in inproper responses. They even failed to give me any escalation point of contact which is what surprised me. Completely unhappy resolution provided. It was the worst customer support I have seen. They seem to be unaware whom to transfer the matter to and the issue is revolving for more than two weeks.
