Dear Concerned
1. That had purchased a Iphone 6 from Flipkart (Invoice attached) which was submitted to F1 Services, Sector 32 Chandigarh which is a authorized Service Center of Apple as the product was having Battery Drain Issue from 1 months after purchase, As it was under Warranty it was submitted and the Job Sheet Issued mentioning the Issue of Batter Drain and Camera as was found in the initial scanned investigation by the F1 Team.
2. That we received a call from the F1 Center that the phone has been reported to be internally damaged by the Bangalore Service Center and if you want the same repaired you have to pay Rs 25000/- for the same as we will replace the Handset.
3. That shocked by the events we called the Apple Support wherein Roopa assured all help and she investigated and communicated that F1 has rejected the finding of Bangalore Center and they will call you within few days.
4. That we received a call from F1 to collect the Handset without repair or pay Rs 25000/- as Replacement cost.
5. That we called the Apple Support and were put on with Aditya who communicated that he will not be able to help, but will investigate and will call me. He called for a beep and then disconnected and sent a mail for closure of complaint.
That if we have to pay Rs 25000/- for replacement , we could purchase a new phone from the market
We expect Apple to Repair the Phone and give it back as it is under warranty.
This is sheer Harassment of customer and unfair trade practice
The same has to be resolved
