I would inform to you that i have purchase "roti maker' in month of may 2014 31st. but when i check the machine in home in same day it was not properly working & burning wire. i was complaint in same day in customer care & they give me a new number and when i call the number person says" tommorow you have a call & your price will be refunded or another product give to you in same price,icall me in last two month i am daily basis call to customer care and person says same word "Aapke pass call aayega" . i am very fedup to this type of response thru starcj. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible. i was purches many product thru starcj & complitly satisfyied but this product is not satisfyed .

i was pay my mobile bill Rs 1100/- and my call recored says i am pay Rs 460/- in starcj customer care number.



Please resolve my issue as soon as possible
