I, Chiranji Lal Tegta, House No. 164, Street No.1, Gurdwara Road, Annand Nagar-A, Tripri, Patiala-147004 (Punjab) state that on 07-05-2014 I placed the online order for the purchase of 12 Bottles of Canola Oil- Canadian pride to the Star CJ Live, India No.1 home shopping channel vide Order No.20140507046412 & the payment of Rs. 1377/- was made through HDFC bank credit card No. ending 5004. The Parcel was delivered to me on 12-5-15 by the courier under Docket No. 402********, when I opened the same and saw that there is only 6 bottles of canola oil instead of 12 bottles. I registered the complaint with the customer care on 12-5-14. The reply received from starcj through SMS BP-STARCJ DATED 12-5-14 AT 12.47 p.m. “Dear customer, Your service request has been registered we will contact you soon. For any service call us at 1860-500-1860â€. I also send the mail on 7-5-14, 12-5-14 & 14-5-14, 15-5-14, 16-5-14 , 19-5-14 , 20-5-14 &21-5-14 to response @starcj .com . Around 20 times I have made the calls to the Customer care No. 01244306000. They always say that the matter is under process & the delivery will be made shortly. Some time say that confirmation call will be made soon. More than 10 days period has been elapsed but I have not received the satisfactory reply from Star CJ Live. It is a matter of great concerned that how the Star CJ is cheating the innocent consumer.
It is therefore requested to registered my complaint the take an appropriate action against the defaulter Company Star CJ , resolve my issue raised & refund me Rs. 699/- immediately
