I am having iPhone 5 from last one year...I never had any issues in last one year but from last 1 week I am having major problem with my wake up and sleep button. I have complained on customer care also they ask me to go to service centre for replacement for my phone. they didn't even checked my phone once because I was having damage near that button. They clicked pictures of my phone and reverted me after 5 days. I have called three times on toll free and after all this drama they told me because of that damage they cant replace my phone as I said that damage done just after bought my phone not recently and problem accurse just a week ago. so this is how apple gives service to their 5 years of genuine customer. I am going to complaint in consumer for the same. really not satisfied with apple service.
