My name is Mrityunjay Ravi. My mobile no is ********45. I am the customer of SMART since 5 years. Before from 6 to 8 months, when I have recharged my mobile with 100/- after I have only call 10 to 15 minutes and It shows balance 0/-. I have complained so much time to customer care but no body take any action and the problem continue occurs. After all I have decided to chance this service to another service provider but service cannot give port number. When I call to customer care for this happening, he/she told different word like when you change it, then your number will be changed. Once time I got Port number but the port number was invalid. Please give me suggestion what to do. Thanks
