Dear Sir / Madam,
My name is ravi kumar nemiwal. In my family all members use reliance GSM sim. My complaint is that auto amount deduct in our account. In last month 99/- rupees deduct from my account and number is ********90 but 15 days continuously to your customer executive returned my amount. But this time amount deducted from my father's account and number is ********98. I have recharged account by 100/- rupees and yesterday 30/- rupees deduct. When we want register our complaint always you disconnect call. Today i call from my number first time you attand my call but next time you disconnect my call regulerly. I have mentely harassment for your poor service. I'm asking you why you people deduct amount form customer's account.
I don't know anything i wants my money. Reliance is a big company so why you take cheap action like this. I advise you please don't deduct any amount from our account.
