Apple India - poor service of apple and lose of faith on brand name

Hello,
This is Dr. Shirish Deshpande from Nasik, I was left with no choice but writing to you
I am having each and every iPhone from iphone3 to iphone6s I never faced any problem with any phone I am not using all but has kept and maintained all very properly. Unfortunately recently there was some software issue with my iPhone 5s. So I approached Nyasa (shop no-1, ground floor, shraddha mall, college road, nashik-422005) as I never found any problem with my phone I was unable to track where is apples service centre so I approached one of your sales person named VIMLESH. he took my phone in hand and said no need to approach service centre they will charge you 1500 rupees which is worthless give it to me I will fix the issue and pay me 750 rupees even after I said I don’t have any problem paying 1500 he kept on insisting to give him the phone I asked him for the bill or any proof of giving him my phone he said don’t worry no need of that so I trusted him. He checked my whole phone everything was working well he said your front camera is little blur it’s just because of dust so I said if you can fix it just do the needful.
He returned me my phone after 2 days my phone started working but after I went home it was switched off. I thought battery was drained so I plugged in the charger and after some time same problem was recurring so that same evening I went to him again he said that there is some water damage caused to your phone I will check it and let you know I kept on going again and again everyday 2-3 times but he used to say come tomorrow. At last after 7 days he returned my phone and said it is NOT GOING TO WORK. IT IS NOW A DEAD PIECE FOR US. And at that time he said ‘there is some motherboard issue which cannot be fixed, so you will have to purchase a new phone’.
Now the problem with my phone was if I plugged it on it used to start but after some time it was again off. Anyhow I managed to keep it on for 2-3 minutes and I started checking everything like microphone, speaker, touch sensor, but when I came across camera it was not working. My rear, front camera and flash everything was dead.
1. The problem with my phone was SOFTWARE ISSUE.
2. There was no problem with my hardware at first.
3. There was no camera problem everything was working great that person named VIMLESH had already checked my camera at first.
4. There was no water damaged but then also I believed in what he said.
5. There was no motherboard problem at first.

The very next day one of my patient who is an expert engineer said as the phone is not going to work according to the apple experts, let me just check the problem with your phone once. he took the phone from me and the same evening he brought my phone in total working condition he also said that the camera strip is not working ,nuts were not fitted properly, the battery was damaged which means they also took my battery and put some damaged battery in my phone .
I went to that person named VIMLESH he started responding very arrogantly. The only question I asked him was if u are authentic dealer and service centre of apple how can u say and on what basis you said that this phone is total dead. He was unable to answer the question and said I don’t know anything do whatever you want to and what proof you have that you have given your phone to me for repair. I asked him about camera but he is not ready to accept his fault and is saying do whatever you want to you don’t even have any proof that your camera was working and you gave your phone to me for repair .
His behaviour with a customer was not appreciable I kept on trusting him but he took out all my original parts and asked me to believe him that my phone was dead .the only problem with my phone was software issue but he created problems by putting damaged battery and taking out my original one and my camera and flash strip.
My phone is working very properly after replacing the battery which is replaced by my patient and not your authorised service centre.
Your phones were the best so far I know but your service is not up to the mark. I lost faith in apple and I won’t ever suggest anyone to buy apple products henceforth.
I request you to take necessary action about the service your people are providing especially about the people like VIMLESH who breaks trusts or else you will lose your market like this.
But now I have lost faith in you and will never purchase any iPhone or apple products I assure you that.
I wanted you to know what all happened with me and many apple customer who didn’t write to you. And now you should take some serious action to maintain your quality.

Hello Sir,

i have purchase Iphone 7 Matt Black 128 GB. One Month to purchase the mobile also has not happened and all these issues are coming. I have seven of the first camera issue, and he was coming. I have Apple repair service center I urge so now I'm having second problem. Proper screen did not fit the sound is coming now. so please solve my all issues and replace the new one phone because i'm not satisfied repaird mobile as soon as possible. Waiting Your reply.
