I have bought IPhone6 Gold16GB with in 2 month a white spot came in Display Screen.
I have visited to Apple Authorised SC Systematix Media, 12, Ho chi Min Sarani , Kol-71 on 28/8/2015, where they Checked & verified mobile for nearly 2 Hrs before accepting it for repair with in warranty. Then a call came from SC on 8/9/2015, he telling that you have to pay Rs 21000/- for repair damages due to presser, so it is not come under warranty.
I am totally disagree with yr findings. if Such type of damages are their, then why you have not told me on 28/8/15, when I have visited to you SC & what checking has been done on that day with my phone for nearly 2 Hrs before accepting it for repair with in warranty & also up to 8/9/2015,why you people are silent in this matter ?but they fail to show me the same and told me that a photo of the same is send to apple, we wont show you that , if you want to see that you can talk to Apple

I have bought IPhone5s Gold 16GB at 23 August 2015. Within this small period my phone creating many problems likes in setting mobile data not working properly and also it gets heated. I visited service center early week they took 3 hrs to reset my Ipone but today (27th Sep) this problems again started along with my charger dock is also not working. Today is Sunday a holiday what can i do my phone get dries and shut down because charger is not working. Really feeling hopeless with iphone 5s.
