Myself Nithya,Iam from coimbatore,I purchased a Suzuki Access 125 on May 2012.
Before of January 2017 vehicle was running smoothly.
On January 22nd i serviced my vehicle on Vishal Motors, Sulur which is nearer to my office , they instructed me to change the battery.
On 28th March 2017, my vehicle got starting trouble on several times, So left my vehicle on 29.03.2017 at SUZATHA SUZUKI showroom in Coimbatore.
I complaint several repairs like starting problem etc...
On 29th March evening they delivered the vehicle and collected Rs.3500 approximately.
They changed the battery and did some repairing work with overall service.
On Mid April 2017 again the starting complaint araises. Again i went to showroom ,within few minutes they rectified the vehicle and given back.
Yesterday 30th May by Morning around 7.45 am when i was on the way to office, the vehicle got stopped on By pass. Total vehicle is jammed self starter and kicker was not worked. I seeked help from nearby petrol bunk people and then i catched a local mechanic in that remote area named –Kurumbapalayam.
I called Sujatha Suzuki to toe the vehicle they came by 4.00pm and toed to their show room.
Today morning 31.05.2017 a person called from Sujatha Suzuki, he was explaining that the vehicle has to be dismantled and have to do some repair work. It costs approximately Rs.15000. I shouted at them , because only 2 months had gone after service.
The person was telling every 3 months we have to do service for the vehicle.
Kindly tell me the kilometres for every service.
Iam not in the position to pay this much amount.
I request you to repair the vehicle on free of cost, because 2 months only gone.
Kindly give a solution.
As a working women without vehicle our normal life cannot run .
This kind of Authorised dealers may create a bad name to the brand.
