Suzuki Service Centre - Bike Service/repairing pending for more than 3 months - Very bad experience..

Hi,

I owned the suzuki Gixxer SF in late 2016. i met with accident in jan'17 and I have given my damaged bike for repairing to Meghdooth Suzuki - HBR Layout, bangalore. They have taken almost 2 months to replace the damaged parts. That too with a) some pending parts still to be replaced, b) one of the body gate they replace is worst quality with color faded. Also till date there is no proper response on the pending fixes. I have been calling them for this for more than a month.

I am really feel very bad about this. i stop suggesting Suzuki to my friends. Is suzuki manufacturing parts or not? why is this delay? Can someone help me to get my bike fixed completely ASAP.
