We had purchased 2 o general 1 ton acs about a month back and were promised delivery within a day. Mr.deepak attended to us . They took part payment from me and inasked them to collect balance against delivery which deepak accepted. Subsequently he fell sick for 2 days and there was no one in sony mony whonwas aware of thensituation. I had a hell of amtime trying to explain the situation to one mr.gupta who was rude and never replied any queries.

After a week of all this deepak came to office and we were sent 2 acs and bothe turned out defective. They replaced one the very nesxt day and even the new one isnt working proply. Till date no action has been taken regarding the other ac. I am rired of following up with them as they just do mt respond to our calls. They keep saying they will call back but there is never any return calls

I spoke to o general fellow dierecly and he daid acs are out of stock. I dont know what to do any more. Please help. God help any one trying to shop with sony mony.
