My order voucher no. ORD1407769 Ref no. 303011 and booking date - 7th Dec. 2013.
This is to complaint that I had booked a Whirlpool refrigerator mopdel NEO IC255 PRM 4S WIN, on 7th Dec 2013 Saturday and completed my finance formalities and asked them to deliver it on Thursday 12th Dec 2013 after 4-5 days, as it was Hindu holy month of Margashirsh and that also Thursday and being a middle class we believe to get the delivery on such holy day.
On 12th Dec when I called to ask the time of delivery as I was told that it would be delivered after 1400hrs so I called at 1600hrs and that time I was told that it wont be possible today there are too many deliveries today so it would be done next day which was not at all acceptable from such a big chain store in MUMBAI. May be the owners Raju Bhai and Ramesh Bhai may not be aware of this type of irresponsibility in there Showrooms. As I know this Chain since last 20 years also worked with them and also know there style of getting the work done and they wont tolerate such sort of neligence at all but in vain I am not allowed to reach anyone of them. I also asked them there email IDs but the answer was they do not know there mail id's.
I want compensation for the delay and as will not take the delivery till next Thursday because my family was excited for the arrival of new refrigerator after 12 long years.
