I BOOKED A TICKET ON 02 OCT 2010 UNDER PNR NUMBER 44211988115 AND PNR NUMBER 4221988712 FOR A JOURNEY FROM CHENNAI EGMORE TO CHETTINAD AND KARAIKUDI RESPECTIVELY. MY WAIT LIST NUMBERS WERE 69 AND 20.
UPTO 04 OCT 2010, WAITING LIST POSITION HAS NOT IMPROVED.
RAILWAY AUTHORITY IS PURPOSELY IS NOT UPDATING PNR STATUS ON DAILY BASIS WITH THE SOLE INTENTION OF DRIVING THE CUSTOMERS TO BOOK TICKETS UNDER TATKAL SCHEME TO INCREASE ITS INCOME.
CUSTOMERS SHOULD NOT BE DUPED LIKE THIS BY A GOVERNMENT ORGANISATION LIKE SOUTHERN RAILWAYS.

1- display should be kept to find out the coach no & its place on the platform.
2- a railway worker with uniform & id should be on the plat form , so that passengers can be able to enquire.
3- passengers like me with a handicapped person are suffering a lot 4-.time should be given in case of change in pl form, this should be done in thiruvallur station immediately.i would have lost my br today because of all this inconvienence. this should not happen again for others, please do the best quickely respected sir,
