I Subramani AGED ABOUT 47 YEARS, working in B H E L E P D , Bangalore and staying in Vidyaranyapura in Bangalore 560097.
on 19.12.2011 i had gone to G. CHINNAPPA REDDY SERVICE STATION, NEAR GOKAL MAIN ROAD, YESHWANTHPURA 560022, to fill the fuel for my moter cycle.
the working staff are cheeted, without making a Zero they have started filling, by diverting the mind by asking Credit Card, No chage, Bike is full of dust and no sufficient air 03-04 persons with a group they have taken the money without filling the fuel.
the working staff are making robbery like anything, please stop this kind of robberys and safegourd the cetizens

Malpractices at M/S Rameshwar Filling Station, Road No.3 Banjara Hills, Hyderabad (13009) retail outlet of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.
I Kailas Nagesh residen of Chikkadpally, Hyderabad on 06.10.2012 had gone to Rameshwar Filling Station, Road No.3 Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, to fill the fuel for my Scooter and requested the working staff to fuel my scooter with 3 Litres of Petrol mixed with 150 ML of Engine Oil. The person at the automated machine supplying the petrol entered 2% Engine Oil with 3 Litres of Petrol. I immediately asked the person to show the reading of Engine Oil which he has feeded to supply. He replied that the reading will be shown in the display after the supply. But to my dismay the reading showed only the Petrol supplied, but not Engine Oil. When I asked the person, he recklessly replied that the reading may not be shown for Engine Oil supplied. When I insisted the staff for complaint book, no one cared.
The working staff along with the managemen are looting the consumers. I request the Indian Oil Corporation to take necessary measures to ensure full supply of fuel for the demanded quantity and the amount paid and to take stringent action on the staff who are indulged in malpractices and also instruct the management to appoint honest staff if the management is not involved hand in glove in malpractices - Kailas Nagesh (kailas.nagesh@yahoo.com) Mobile No. ********56
