i am shyamal kar from berhampore(wb) a consumer of indane gas connection. i have only one connection by my name. my consumer no is 16753. i am suffering gas delivery problem last 7 years. mainly in the month of dec to march every year. it is my fortunate that i get my delivery gas after complaining local dealer every time. when my delivery terms come my delivery man reply me that your gas not alloted .please contact office. by service i go to another station every day at 9 am. there is no helping hand to connect them. being compelled i go to the counter availing one c/l. is it your rule ? last example recently i booked going berhampore counter my gas on 3-12-2012 .my delivery not comes. i again go the office on 15-12-2012 . the counterman again booked another .then my booking where which i booked on 03-012-2012?
here by telephone is not availed .whenever you call the booking numer you must reply P.E.T or no reply.Is ther any rights such sustem?
