To Whomsoever It may Concern!!
This is regarding the unprofessional support experience with Apple Care and the device I am using.
based on my discussion with Apple Support on 22nd Jan, I was asked to send email to App-Enrollment and PO APAC team for warranty correction with proof of purchase.
This is about warranty mismatch for the IPhone 6, 64 GB, I purchased in Abu Dhabi on 26th November when I was there for a Business Visit. Actually, I returned India on 27th and could not check the warranty status there, I have been very disturbed since I checked this.
Various interaction and emails to Care remain useless and today, on 28th January, when i called the care, my call was transferred to the supervisor who was absolutely rude and told me to contact the seller. I agreed and asked her to send the same email which i will show to the seller as a proof. She was not at all willing to listen to me and disconnected the call saying the issue is resolved.
I wonder, why even after paying the full amount, buying anew phone, i am using a phone which has no warranty plus , absolutely useless support. is this what apple is for.
I formally want to log a complaint against apple and support person dealt with me, to be noted that my email to app-enrollment@apple.com is still unaccknowledged and unanswered.
I hope I am not cheated and if yes, please let me know how to proceed here legally also, Thanks in advance.
